We collect your information for the safety of our users who use our platform and guests who book through Camaliia to understand who we are accommodating at our partner properties, for the safety of staff. In addition, website user and guest data is collected for statistical purposes. We also collect our guests’ nationality, date of birth, gender, for statistical analysis purposes. When you visit our websites, we may automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet). We use IP addresses to help us manage our websites and to collect broad demographic information for analytical use. For reservations, we send guests confirmation emails and will therefore require your email address. Exceptions may occur in the case of us needing to contact previous guests in relation to post or lost property.

In order for us to confirm a reservation for you, we do require some information. This will usually consist of:

Camellia Adventures will not be responsible in case of delays or alterations in the
program or indirect expenses such as natural hazards, accidents, machinery
breakdown, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any unforeseen
incidents. Furthermore, this holiday package is planned according to the weather
forecasted well in advance of the commencement date and may involve necessary
changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being,
which will be informed on the WhatsApp group. To gather more information on the

🎟️Travel insurance is included in this package for Indian citizens. The policy document
will be shared with each confirmed participant before the trip commences. For
international travellers, insurance is not included—we recommend arranging your
own travel insurance in advance. If needed, we can assist in securing coverage at an
additional cost.
❗This trip is subject to a minimum group size requirement to ensure the trip is
guaranteed. If the minimum group size is not met and the trip is canceled as a result,
a full refund of any advance payment will be issued.

times. We strictly discourage drinking and smoking on trips due to health & safety
